They replaced three aged and failing windows for us, and we had an excellent experience, from an informative sales presentation to installation, which went very well, and appropriate follow-up. As we will have a couple of additional window replacements needed, we won't even bother with any other vendor.

Superb, energy efficient windows and excellent installation! We replaced our sliding door and a large window in our master bedroom and could immediately feel the difference…warmer in winter and stays cooler in summer. The slider and window are solid and sturdy too, and they look great!

Meleah was so kind and helpful and professional. She explicitly explained the entire process of installing the windows. And she explained why your windows being triple paned are better than other windows. I so appreciated Meleah’s expertise and knowledge and am excited about getting the new windows I need.

We met with Gio this evening. He was willing to come out for a late appointment to accommodate my family's work schedule. I was very impressed with his presentation! He provided details and samples of their high quality custom windows (with many patents), he came prepared with warantee information, spent several hours answering questions, and in the end we are happy to be working with this company. We typically do not agree to big jobs on the day-of, but Gio was willing to work with us to get the job down in price to something we are able to commit to. I highly recommend this company just for the initial experience, and will update my review once we have had the work completed.

I used "Ameritech" services twice in 5 years period for installing sliding patio door and a few windows, including a bay window. They did an excellent job from the beginning to the end. All windows had to be custom made. All jobs were done in a timely manner as they were scheduled. I cannot be happier with their services, and I am very pleased with a quality of the windows, as well as the reasonable price for them. Highly recommend!
